After finding and shooting all three items, return to the furnace room located near the VMP wallbuy. Inside the open furnace, you will discover the glowing Annihilator specialist pistol ready for collection.
Equipping this specialized firearm provides high-powered single-shot damage capable of eliminating high-round zombie hordes. Acquiring this weapon completes the main questline for The Giant and yields achievement progress.
